Description:
A luxury apartment building consiting of two-49 story towers, 849 condominums, and some of the best amentities available. The building was completed in 2008 and is need of a new facade. The limestone used in the original construction is deteriorating due to an inappropriate material specification.
With new modern buildings rising in the neighborhood, Bellatèra is proposing materials that provide a sophisticated look with modern appeal, while providing a durable low-maintenance ventilated facade, suitable for the harsh Miami climate.
Lower Facade: Ventilated Face system combined with Diamond Fall Granite panels.
